A very popular and highly effective service provided for our clients.
HW&A will, over a two week period, make two mail demands upon your past due customers.
Your past due customer is directed to contact your office and make payment or payment arrangements if they wish to avoid being formally placed for collection
Because the customer gets two letters over a very short period of time many of our clients have found this service very, very effective.
There is absolutely no cost to you for the letters and you are not obligated to place the claim for collection.

Hutchinson Warren & Associates offers our clients this cost effective, efficient service.
If you receive payment during the Free Demand Period no collection fees or commissions are due to HW&A.
Any payment received by us is sent directly to you the day it is received.
If there is a remaining balance at the end of the Demand Period we will go to work at once to collect the residual balance at our normal rates.
This is a fine and potent method to let your past due customer know your patience has all but run out and that if they wish to avoid being referred for collection, payment has to be made and made now.

Often times you need to move against your past due accounts at once and need Immediate Action! Pre-Collect or Free Demand simply are not the answer in some situations.
If that is the case, and you wish immediate collection to commence we can and do provide such a service.
We guarantee that within ONE HOUR of your placing the claim with HW&A for collection, the file will be in the hands of a collector and our efforts to recover your balance will be very much underway.
If the situation is so serious that litigation needs to be commenced at the earliest possible moment, we can provide that service as well.

HWA Online simply, seamlessly and purely provides to you direct access to your files, anytime, anywhere.
If you have Internet access, you have right of entry to our system and are guaranteed no busy signals and accelerated access.
You can place claims online, you can review any or all of your files in real time, you can send directives to the collector handling a particular file and you can search our data bases to see if a particular customer has ever been placed for collection.
In addition, you have unfettered access to our data base of all claims ever placed with HW&A and can use us as a resource in checking new customers to see if they have been a collection problem with someone else, or to check on existing customers who may have started to show a slowing pattern in payments to you.
There is never a charge for any of these services.
All you need to do is contact us and we will give you your client number and password, both mandatory for connecting to our system.
