Commercial Claims

• 50% on accounts $75.00 or less
• $37.50 on accounts from $75.00 to $150.00
• 25% on accounts from $150.00 to $2000.00
  18% on the excess of $2000.00
• Larger claims are subject to be negotiated, lesser fees
• Returned merchandise or equipment - 10% of the value
• Claim formerly handled by another - Rate to be negotiated
